Mariposa Bread, LLC is an entity formed to develop and manage the franchise rights of at least 14 Panera Bread bakery-cafes in the San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita, and the Antelope Valley.
Our vision for Panera Bread in the San Fernando Valley is simple: To provide a uniquely exciting and enjoyable guest experience, based on a magnificent product offered by the best employee team in a wonderful environment. Our intention is to ALWAYS exceed customer expectations, ensuring that guests consider Panera to be not just their first choice, but their only choice for artisan breads, espresso coffees, blended iced drinks, gourmet sandwiches, salads and soups.
Our aim is to employ only the very best managers and employees, and we pride ourselves on having an award winning management and associate team who continue to push the borders of customer service and work in the community.
Our first store has successfully opened in Palmdale 2003 and we opened stores in Studio City & Valencia in 2004. Other stores will be announced on this website once agreements have been finalized.
